Can I upgrade my account type?
Yes. Once your account balance reaches the minimum deposit threshold for a higher tier, contact support and we will upgrade your account within 24 hours.
Is there a demo account?
All accounts include access to our demo environment. You can switch between live and demo from within VantaTrader at any time.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept bank transfers, major credit/debit cards, and USDT (TRC20 and ERC20). Minimum deposit per transfer is $50.
How long do withdrawals take?
Standard withdrawals are processed within 3–5 business days. Pro and VIP accounts receive priority processing within 24 hours.
