Terms of Service
1. Eligibility
To use VantaMarkets, you must be at least 18 years of age, legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and not a resident of a jurisdiction where CFD trading is prohibited. You must complete our KYC verification process before making deposits or placing trades.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password or allow third parties to access your account. You are liable for all activity conducted under your account.
3. Trading Rules
All trades are executed at the best available market price at the time of execution. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of system errors, market disruption, or suspected market manipulation. Stop-loss and take-profit orders are not guaranteed under extreme market conditions.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All deposits are subject to KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed within 1–5 business days, subject to verification of identity and compliance checks. We reserve the right to request documentation before processing withdrawals.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity. Automated trading systems (bots) and high-frequency trading strategies that abuse our infrastructure are prohibited without prior written approval.
6. Limitation of Liability
VantaMarkets is not liable for losses arising from market conditions, technical failures beyond our control, or your trading decisions. The platform is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation.
AML & KYC Policy
VantaMarkets is committed to full compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. All clients are required to complete identity verification before making deposits or placing live trades.
We collect and verify: government-issued photo ID (passport or national ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months), and source of funds documentation for deposits above applicable thresholds.
We monitor all transactions for suspicious activity and are required by law to report any suspected money laundering to the relevant financial intelligence unit. Accounts suspected of illicit activity will be suspended pending investigation.
Refund Policy
Deposited funds may be withdrawn at any time, subject to identity verification and the following conditions:
Withdrawals are processed back to the original payment method where possible. Bank wire withdrawals are processed within 1–5 business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 24 hours after compliance review.
Funds that have been used to open positions may not be withdrawn until those positions are closed and the free margin is sufficient to cover the withdrawal amount.
In the event of a deposit error or technical issue, please contact support@vantamarkets.com within 30 days. We will investigate and, where appropriate, reverse the transaction.
